A Career Built to Last
Masonry is one of the oldest and most durable trades, and one of the most rewarding careers available today. No student debt. Real skills. A path to ownership.
The Top 10 Reasons to Consider a Masonry Career
From the Mason Contractors Association of America: ten compelling reasons why masonry is one of the smartest career choices you can make.
Earn While You Learn
Masonry training programs are cost-effective and provide income while you learn on the job. There's a good-paying career waiting the day you graduate, with zero tuition debt.
Be Your Own Boss
Owning your own mason contracting business is a natural progression. Every day is a learning experience that fosters entrepreneurial success.
Work Outdoors
As a mason, your "office" is the great outdoors. Every job offers a change of scenery and new challenges, not a boxy cubicle.
Health & Fitness
The work you perform each day keeps you active and healthy. No gym membership needed: masonry work is the workout.
Innovation
Masonry constantly integrates new technology and innovations. Advancements in products, equipment, and systems create careers and expand markets.
Career Opportunities Abound
From job site roles to executive positions (estimator, project manager, marketing, and management), the ability to grow within an organization is always present.
You Built That
Take real pride in your work every day. Whether it's a house, school, hospital, or stadium, every brick you install is a token of your commitment to history.
Freedom to Travel
Skilled masons are in demand throughout the world. When you're ready for a new adventure, the masonry industry has a destination waiting.
It's a Team Sport
Masonry crews function like a well-oiled machine. It's a business of camaraderie where working relationships become lasting friendships built on mutual respect.
No Income Limit
The masonry business is performance-driven. The more skilled you become, the higher your income. You control your future, which may include your own company someday.
